Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewelry items due to sanitary concerns. However, if an item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds - Damaged Items Only

If your item was damaged during transit, please contact us with photos of the damaged piece. We will offer you a free service fix if possible or a full refund.
